Welcome to WebFlare Digital, a leading provider of digital services including SEO services,

design. The following terms and conditions govern your use of our services

By using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with any
part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our services.
2.Scope of Services
WebFlare Digital provides digital services, including but not limited to SEO services, website
design, Ecommerce website design, Shopify website design, and WordPress website design.
Our services are designed to help businesses in Australia achieve their online goals..
3. Payment
All fees and charges for our services are set out on our website or in our proposal. Payment is
due in full prior to the commencement of any work. Payment can be made by bank transfer or
credit card.
4. Cancellation and Refund
If you wish to cancel our services, please provide written notice as soon as possible. Depending
on the stage of the project, cancellation may incur a fee. We do not offer refunds for services
already completed.
5. Intellectual Property
WebFlare Digital retains ownership of all intellectual property rights in our work, including but not
limited to designs, code, and content. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to
use our work solely for the purpose for which it was provided.
6. Confidentiality
We will treat all information provided to us by you as confidential and will not disclose it to any
third party without your consent, except where required by law.

7. Warranty and Liability
We warrant that our work will be free from defects for a period of 30 days from completion. Our
liability to you is limited to the fees paid by you for our services. We will not be liable for any
indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunity.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by providing written notice. Upon
termination, all outstanding fees must be paid and all intellectual property must be returned to
WebFlare Digital.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any dispute arising out of or
in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the
Australian courts.
10. Amendments
WebFlare Digital reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without
notice. The amended terms and conditions will be effective from the date of publication on our
website
